To cultivate a caring culture at school, senior form students are invited to be the mentors of F.1 students.  A leadership training workshop is provided for the foster prefects to enhance their leadership abilities, communication skills and teamwork capabilities.

The foster prefects help F.1 students solve their difficulties in adapting to new study methods and new campus life through school activities, such as the campus orientation games in the bridging course, tutorial classes before test weeks and examinations, study skills’ sharing sessions,  booth games on  mental, physical and spiritual health.

Organising these events are meaningful to our foster prefects, as it promotes their spirit of helping others, improves their personal communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, which is of great benefit to their personal growth and character formation.
