The Orchestra Ensemble was established in 1990. On campus, it gave numerous performances on various occasions like Graduation Day, Millennium Concert, Campus Visit, Christmas celebration, joint preparatory school music performance etc. 

Off campus, Canossa College Orchestra takes part in the Joint School Music Association Orchestra Competition every year. In 2018 and 2019, the Orchestra was awarded Gold Award in two consecutive years. Students are also formed into small ensemble groups and achieve satisfactory results in the Hong Kong Schools Music Festival and other competitions.
