To obtain our school Application Form (18/10/2025 – 16/1/2026)

• Visit our school office in person; or
• Write in with a self-addressed stamped envelope; or
• Download from here (Please print on white A4 paper)

SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION

Please submit the following documents from 2/1/2026 to 16/1/2026 (both dates inclusive) in person (by 4:00pm on 16/1) or via the SSPA e-Platform :

• School’s, EDB’s and Parent’s Copy of Application Form of S1 Discretionary Places  [Not applicable to application via the SSPA e-Platform]
• Admission Form of our school (Ref: CC/ADM/20b)
• Photocopies of relevant documents / certificates (Please refer to our school’s Admission Form.  Principal’s recommendation letter is NOT required)
• A self-addressed and stamped ($2.20) envelope for the acknowledgement of your application [Not applicable to application via the SSPA e-Platform]
