Guidelines for Transfer Student Application for S2 – S4

 

1. Application details

Dates:

Applications are accepted at any time of the year subject to the availability of places in each level.

* Applicants will be notified of the date of the interview via email.

Notes for interview:

Applicants will be invited to attend an interview which will be conducted in both Cantonese and English. During the interview, parents/guardians should wait in the designated area.

* The interview will be postponed if a typhoon signal no. 8 or above has been hoisted or a red/black rainstorm warning is in effect 2 hours before the start of the interview.

Procedure:

Applicants should submit the completed Transfer Student Application Form along with the supporting documents mentioned in part 3 in A4 size in person, by mail OR via e-mail to our school office.

* Office hours:

Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m.

Saturday: 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.

Notification of results:

Successful candidates will be notified by phone. Applicants who have not been contacted within three weeks after the interview may consider their application unsuccessful.

2. Application requirement

The overall conduct grade of the applicant should be B+ or above in the previous two school years.

 

  1. Required documents
  2. Report Cards of the previous two years including the latest one (the latest report card of the current school year can be submitted on the day of the interview)
  3. A photocopy of the Hong Kong Identity Card
  4. One recent passport-size photo
  5. Documents or certificates indicating the applicant’s hobbies or extra-curricular activities (if any)
  6. Student Portfolio (if any)
  7. Any other relevant supporting documents such as letters of recommendation (if any)

* Applications not accompanied by the required documents will not be processed. The personal data provided will only be used for processing applications for admission and the documents submitted will not be returned.

* Each applicant should apply for only ONE grade level. Applications for more than one grade level will NOT be accepted.

*本校將以電郵形式通知面試日期

面試:

申請人將獲邀出席面試,面試會以廣東話及英語進行,家長/監護人可陪同申請人前往本校,但須留在指定地點等候。

*若當天面試前兩小時內八號熱帶氣旋警告或紅色/黑色暴雨警告仍然生效,有關面試將延期,並會作另行通知。

報名手續:

申請人應把填妥的插班生學位申請表格及丙部所需文件副本 (A4 尺寸) 以電郵、郵寄形式或親自交回本校

 

* 辦公時間:

星期一至五:上午八時至下午五時

星期六:上午八時至下午一時

通知結果:

本校將致電通知成功申請入學的申請人有關註冊安排。申請人如獲邀參加面試,通常會在遞交申請後三個星期內收到通知。未獲取錄的申請人將不會收到通知。

申請人的操行在最近兩學年俱為乙+或以上。

  • 最近兩年之校內成績表(本學年期終考試的成績表可於入學面試時提交)
  • 香港身份證副本
  • 證件相一張
  • 能證明個人興趣或課外活動的文件(如有)
  • 個人學習檔案(如有)
  • 其他有助申請的文件,如學校推薦信(如有)

* 資料不足的申請將不獲受理。申請人所提供的個人資料只會用作處理入學申請之用途,所有資料概不發還。

* 每位申請人只可提交一份插班入學申請,如遞交多於一份申請報讀不同級別,將不獲受理。
