
To offer our students diverse exposure to various sports, the Physical Education Department and the Health Education Team joined forces to organize a series of sports workshops. These initiatives aim to enrich students' sporting experiences, alleviate academic stress, and help them foster a positive, resilient outlook on life.
The tailored programs for each form are as follows:
Secondary 4 & 5: Discovering the fun of Pickleball
Secondary 3: Educational seminar on 'Sports for Stress Relief'
Secondary 2: Experiencing the traditional sport of Shuttlecock kicking
Secondary 1: Building discipline and focus through Karate
