From October 31 to November 4, 2025, our Secondary 4 and Secondary 5 students embarked on an enriching and in-depth study tour to Tianjin, themed "Exploring Cutting-Edge Technologies in Aerospace and Nuclear Science." During the trip, the students visited the Dagukou Fort, the TEDA Aircraft Carrier Theme Park, and the Civil Aviation University of China, gaining firsthand insight into the latest developments and achievements in China's aerospace technology sector. They also explored historical and cultural landmarks such as the Prince Qing Mansion and the Porcelain House, where they experienced a meaningful blend of past and present, deepening their understanding of China's rapid development and transformation over the past century.
On November 3, the students visited our sister school, Tianjin Experimental Middle School, for an exchange program. They participated in music, art, and Putonghua classes, and engaged in lively discussions during a student forum, sharing experiences about their academic lives and cultural backgrounds. This interaction provided valuable perspectives on the similarities and differences between the education systems in the two regions.
This study tour not only broadened the students' horizons in the field of science and technology but also allowed them to personally trace the trajectory of China's modern history. Moreover, it strengthened the bond between our school and Tianjin Experimental Middle School. The journey was both rewarding and meaningful, leaving the students with invaluable experiences and insights.
We are fully committed to offering an all-round education enhanced with the Gospel spirit and the virtues of humility, respect, kindness and love.
