The 2025–2026 Invitational Debate was an exciting exhibition match featuring a distinctive cross-school format that threw traditional rivalries out the window and put collaborative skills to the test! The affirmative side combined students from King’s College and Canossa College, while the negative side paired St. Louis School with Kowloon True Light School. 

Imagine walking into a high-stakes debate and having to sync your logic with a teammate from another school on the fly! This cross-school structure presented our debaters with an exhilarating challenge. To succeed, they had to coordinate complex arguments with different speaking styles in real-time, build instant rapport right on the spot and adapt seamlessly as the flow of the argument shifted.

Ultimately, the match proved to be much more than a battle of wits—it was a masterclass in spontaneous communication, adaptability, and cross-campus teamwork.
