On May 9, 2026, our school community gathered for the Music Award Ceremony, a prestigious event dedicated to honouring the talent, discipline, and artistic achievements of our student musicians.

This year has been one of unprecedented success. From local stages at the Hong Kong Schools Music Festival to international platforms in Tokyo, our ensembles and soloists have demonstrated not only technical mastery but a profound passion for the performing arts. We are incredibly proud to share the following highlights of our students' achievements.

A Year of High Notes of our Music Groups

The crowning jewel of the season was the performance of our Senior Choir, which was named "The Best Girls’ Choir of the Year (Division II)" at the 78th Hong Kong Schools Music Festival. This distinction, coupled with double championships in both Chinese and Foreign language categories, solidifies their position as one of the premier youth vocal ensembles in the region.

Our reach extended beyond Hong Kong this year, as the Senior Choir travelled to Japan to compete in the 7th Tokyo International Choir Competition, bringing home two prestigious Silver Awards.

Special recognition also goes to our Percussion Ensemble, which continues to beat a path to success, taking 1st runner-up at the 78th Hong Kong Schools Music Festival and 2^nd runner-up in the Synergy 24 Drum Competition.

While the trophies are a wonderful recognition, the true reward is the character and teamwork our students develop through music. We would like to extend our deepest gratitude to our dedicated conductors, music tutors, and, most importantly, the parents for their unwavering support throughout this competitive season.
